Enter for a chance to win a $250,000 income-generating rental property in Battle Creek, MI.
Submit a $1,000 entry along with your 1-page investment plan or a short video (you’ll upload it after checkout). The best plan wins the deed to the home — currently bringing in $3,000/month.
All entries are judged based on vision, feasibility, and strategy. If fewer than 1,000 entries are received, the prize money will be split among the top 3 contestants.

Overview
Investor’s Jackpot is a real estate investment contest hosted by Malikah Pimpleton and Pimpletonville LLC.
One qualified winner will receive full ownership (by deed) of a rental property located at:
298 Capital Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017
This contest is skill-based — not a sweepstakes, raffle, or lottery.
✅ Eligibility
To participate, you must:
● Be 18 years or older
● Be a U.S. resident
● Not own more than one real estate property
● Submit a 1-page investment plan and a 1–3 minute video
● Pay a non-refundable $1,000 entry fee

Employees of Pimpletonville LLC or any affiliated marketing/advertising agency are not eligible.
💰 Entry Fee
● $1,000 per entry
● One entry per participant only
● All payments are final unless the contest is canceled

🏆 Judging Criteria
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of independent judges based on:
● Creativity & originality (25%)
● Feasibility of your investment strategy (25%)
● Potential for impact or long-term growth (25%)
● Clarity and passion in your video (25%)
Judging is final and at the discretion of the panel.
🎁 Prize
Grand Prize:
● Full ownership of a rental home generating $3,000/month
● Title transfer and deed provided by Pimpletonville LLC
● No liens or encumbrances
If 1,000 entries are NOT reached, the total pot will be split:
● 50% to Organizer (Malikah Pimpleton / Pimpletonville LLC)
● 10% to Grand Prize Winner
● 5% to First Runner-Up
● 3% to Second Runner-Up
Remaining funds cover marketing, admin, taxes, and transaction fees.
